REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for non-roasted coffee products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes green coffee and coffee equipment.

For roasted coffee returns, we are likely to replace a roasted coffee order if it does not meet expectations, and escalate to a refund where appropriate. 

Our line-up of unique coffees is ever changing, as coffee harvests arrive and make their way into Brightside drinkers coffee grinders. We make sure we have a few different options to cover a broad range of preferences, so we are pretty confident you will find something you like.

But we understand that not every coffee will be to your taste. If you ever get a coffee that isn’t quite right, or has missed the mark a bit for you, we will replace it for free. Email us at hello@brightside.coffee and we will be thrilled to help you.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@brightside.coffee. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  You can always contact us for any return question at hello@brightside.coffee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If you ever get a coffee that isn’t quite right, or has missed the mark a bit for you, we will replace it for free. If instead you would prefer to have a refund of your money, in most circumstances we are more than happy to do that. Our refund policy is one primarily of good faith and is subject to our discretion.
