Subscriptions

Subscriptions are handled through Woocommerce Subscriptions and Woocommerce Payments, including recurring payments and order management.

You can manage your Subscription if you log in to your account on brightside.coffee/account, you can click on the “Subscriptions” button above the personal details field. Alternatively, please email us at Hello@Brightside.coffee for help and we would be glad to help. 

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries automatically. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries on the specified schedule. Our available renewal intervals are weekly, fortnightly, 3 weekly, 4 weekly & 6 weekly. 

If you don’t want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it before the renewal date from “my account“. There is no penalty for cancellation, and there is no obligation or lock in contracts. Subscriptions are incentivized with free freight and easy order management and are designed as a convenience to home coffee drinkers. Subscriptions will ship with Australia Post Standard service, please expect a 4-8 business day shipping time on renewals.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. If an order renews and you wish to cancel it before it has been processed by Brightside, we can refund and cancel your order at no cost. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order.
