All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped with Express Aus Postage when possible, or alternative fast shipping methods when Aus Post is unable to service the address.

Note: high volume of orders through domestic shipping partners is causing short delays on delivery standards.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy for non-roasted coffee products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes green coffee and coffee equipment.
For roasted coffee, we will replace a roasted coffee order if it does not meet expectations, and refund if you are still not satisfied.
Our line-up of unique coffees is ever changing, as coffee harvests arrive and make their way into Brightside drinkers coffee grinders. We make sure we have a few different options to cover a broad range of preferences, so we are pretty confident you will find something you like.
But we understand that not every coffee will be to your taste. If you ever get a coffee that isn’t quite right, or has missed the mark a bit for you, we will replace it for free. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be thrilled to help you.
