SHIPPING POLICY

TLDR: We strive for same day dispatch if ordered before 11AM Western Australia Standard Time. In the event this is not possible, your order will be shipped next business day. Free Shipping over $85. We use Australia Post for majority of our orders.

All orders are processed within 2 business days during normal operations. Peak periods and sales may see additoonal handling times, which we will bring attention to on the home page. Lead times are excluding weekends and holidays. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It will contain tracking information.

If you are picking up an order, we will send an order ready email, which will include instruction for pick up. Pick up from 9 Pearson Way, Osborne Park. Check open hours on the email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the cart and checkout.

Standard Shipping via Aus Post is typically  3-8 business days, from $9.90 – 12.90.

Express Shipping via Aus Post is typically is 2-4 business days, $14.90 – $16.90 if your order is under $85, if your order is over $85, $12.90.

For express shipping on larger orders over 5kgs we MAY use alternative carriers such as TNT Express or DHL. Typically 3-5 business days.

Orders over $85 ship free via Aus Post, typically 3-8 business days. Free shipping over $85 is shipped via Aus Post Standard Shipping.

Free shipping promotions ship with Australia Post standard unless advertised otherwise.

If you order has not arrived within 10 days from shipping date, please notify us via email: hello@brightside.coffee, and we will investigate.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@brightside.coffee with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy for non-roasted coffee products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes green coffee and coffee equipment.

For roasted coffee, we will replace a roasted coffee order if it does not meet expectations, and refund if you are still not satisfied.

Our line-up of unique coffees is ever changing, as coffee harvests arrive and make their way into Brightside drinkers coffee grinders. We make sure we have a few different options to cover a broad range of preferences, so we are pretty confident you will find something you like.

But we understand that not every coffee will be to your taste. If you ever get a coffee that isn’t quite right, or has missed the mark a bit for you, we will replace it for free. Email us at hello@brightside.coffee and we will be thrilled to help you.
