We ship all orders with Australia Post. We do not use Sendle.

We strive to roast and ship coffees on the day of ordering, if the order is placed before 11am AWST. Otherwise, we ship next business day.

We are a Roast-To-Order business, meaning we do not sit on large quantities of roasted stock. Our production schedule is based around the daily demand for our coffees, and as such everything we ship out of our factory in Perth was roasted within 3 business days of dispatch. Generally, we aim to roast and ship coffee the same or next day whenever possible.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days on average, and express delivery takes 1-2 days on average. We do not use Sendle, Fastway, CouriersPlease. We only use Australia Post or Startrack, and occasionally we ship via TNT Express for bulky orders.

Click and Collect is available from our warehouse in Perth.

Open hours are 7am to 2pm, Monday to Thursday. We are close to the public on Fridays and weekends.

All of our coffees ship with a Brightside Guarantee. If you’ve given the coffee a fair crack, and it’s not made your morning coffee memorable, we will swap your coffee with something else, or refund it.

Keep your coffee in its original resealable bag with the one-way valve. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. A kitchen cupboard is perfect!

We accept all major credit cards. Payments for your subscription will be automatically processed according to your chosen delivery frequency.
