Shipping Policy
TL;DR: We aim for same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11 AM (Western Australia Standard Time). If same-day dispatch isn’t possible, your order will ship the next business day. Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information.
For pickup orders, you’ll receive an “Order Ready” email with pickup instructions. Pickup location: 9 Pearson Way, Osborne Park. Please check the email for operating hours.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order’s size and delivery location.
Standard Shipping (via Australia Post)
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: $9.90
Express Shipping (via Australia Post)
- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
- Cost: $14.90 for orders under $75; $9.90 for orders over $75
For large orders over 5kg, we may use alternative carriers such as TNT Express or DHL, with a typical delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

Free shipping promotions are fulfilled with Australia Post Standard Shipping unless otherwise advertised.
Shipping Delays
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at hello@brightside.coffee, and we’ll investigate.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@brightside.coffee with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Returns Policy for Non-Roasted Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-roasted coffee products, including green coffee and coffee equipment. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Satisfaction Guarantee for Roasted Coffee
If a roasted coffee order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll replace it with another selection from our range. If you’re still unsatisfied, we’ll provide a refund. Our coffee selection changes regularly with each harvest, ensuring a broad range of options, so we’re confident there’s a coffee you’ll love.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please email hello@brightside.coffee. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. For any questions regarding returns, feel free to reach out to us.
