Satisfaction Guarantee on Roasted Coffee
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all our roasted coffee. If you try a coffee from our range and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer a replacement from our line-up of unique coffees, or a full refund if you’re still not satisfied.
Our selection of coffees is constantly evolving with the seasons and harvests, ensuring there’s something for everyone. However, if you find a coffee isn’t to your taste, just let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns on Non-Roasted Products
We have a 30-day return policy for non-roasted coffee products, including coffee equipment. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Goods must be in new condition and unopened for a refund.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@brightside.coffee. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@brightside.coffee, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
