    4. Each time your renewal date comes around, we automatically process your order, charge your card and ship fresh coffee straight to you

  • A 250g bag makes about 14 cups of coffee. A 1kg bag makes approximately 60 cups. Choose your subscription interval based on how quickly you go through your coffee!

  • Yes, you can! Log into your account, and you’ll be able to swap your coffee choice, adjust your delivery frequency, or even skip a delivery if needed. It’s all about giving you control over your Brightside coffee experience.

  • We roast all subscription coffee to order. This means your coffee is freshly roasted and shipped within days, ensuring maximum freshness in every cup.

    Brightside coffee is packed in a sealed, foil-lined bag with a one-way valve to keep it fresh longer.

    • Whole beans: Stay fresh for 5-6 weeks when stored in the original bag or an airtight container.
    • Ground coffee: Best consumed within 1 week for peak freshness but will remain delicious for 4-5 weeks if stored correctly.

  • Your card details are securely encrypted and stored through Shopify Subscriptions and Stripe. When your subscription renews (based on your selected interval), a new order is processed, and your card is charged automatically. You’ll receive a reminder email before renewal and a dispatch confirmation once your coffee is shipped.

  • Yes! If you’re going on holiday, trying another roaster (temporarily of course), or just over did it a bit on the ordering front? You can pause your subscription and restart it whenever you’re ready.

  • Absolutely! Aside from the 20% discount, our subscribers get exclusive perks like early access to new coffees, special offers, and occasional freebies when we feel like it. Some of the coffees we release are ONLY available to subscribers.

  • Log into your account and navigate to the subscription section, where you can update your details or cancel anytime. There are no long-term commitments.
