Whole beans if you have a grinder. If not, pick the grind that matches how you brew: Ground for Espresso for coffee machines, or Stovetop, Plunger, Pourover or Aeropress. Every bag in the box comes in the grind you choose.

We roast fresh every day, and orders placed before 11am AWST ship the same day. Every bag has a one-way valve to keep it fresh on the way to you.

Brightside coffee is best enjoyed within 4 weeks of roasting for peak flavour. After that, it will slowly start to lose its.. Ummm… how do I say… “je ne sais quoi”. It gets rough around the edges. But it can still be enjoyed for up to a couple of months when stored properly.

Keep your coffee in its original resealable bag with the one-way valve. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. A kitchen cupboard is perfect!

Our blends are designed for drinking with milk, but all of our espresso roasted coffees are suitable and frankly, delicious with milk. We recommend not using milk with filter roasted coffees. The flavours and delicate notes in filter roasted coffees do not lend themselves to milk. But you do you.

Our coffees are sourced in partnership with Australian based importers, who meet our strict sourcing criteria of: specialty grade coffees, no child labour, no slave labour, and sustainable farming practices when practical.

We use only premium grade specialty coffees in all of our Brightside blends and single origin coffees. There are no added flavours, it’s all 100% specialty grade coffee.
